FONT

Short Cut Key: Ctrl + D
This option is used to format the text as per your requirement. There are some options to format your text as per your requirement in Font Dialogue Box. I am going to discuss about some options as follow:

1.Font Style
This option is used to change the text style as per your requirement.

2.Font Size
This option is used to change the text size as per your requirement. The maximum size of text in Microsoft Word 2007 is 1638 and the minimum size of text is 1. 
Short Cut Key>Grow Font: Ctrl + ] & Shrink Font: Ctrl + [

3.Clear Formatting
Short Cut Key: Ctrl + Spacebar 
This option is used to clear the formatting of the selected text and leave only plain text. 

4.Bold 
Short Cut Key: Ctrl + B
This option is used to bold the selected text. 
Example: BOLD

5.Italic
Short Cut Key: Ctrl + I
This option is used to italicize the selected text. 
Example: ITALIC

6.Underline
Short Cut Key: Ctrl + U
This option is used to underline the selected text. 
Example: UNDERLINE

7.Strike-through
Short Cut Key: None
This option is used to draw a line through the middle of the selected text. 

8.Subscript
Short Cut Key: Ctrl + =
This option is used to create a small letter below the text baseline. 

9.Superscript
Short Cut Key: Ctrl + Shift + +
This option is used to create a small letter above the line of text. 

10.Change Case
Short Cut Key: Shift + F3
This option is used to change the selected text to Sentence case, lower, UPPER, Capitalize Each Word, and tOGGLE cASE.

11.Text Highlight Color
Short Cut Key: Ctrl + Alt + H
This option is used to highlight the selected text as it look like it was marked with highlighter pen.

12.Font Color
Short Cut Key: None
This option is used to change the text color as per your requirement.
