PARAGRAPH

Short Cut Key: None
This option is used to give your paragraph bullets, numbering, leveling, Indent  Sort, Align, Spacing, Shading and Borders. 
  
1.Bullets
Short Cut Key: Ctrl + Shift + L
This option is used to start a bulleted list to make your paragraph separate or identify your next paragraph. You can select multiple bullets by clicking on drop down arrow.

2.Numbering
Short Cut Key: None
This option is used to start a numbering list. So you can easily count your paragraphs or lines in current document. 
Examples: 
1. Example One
2. Example two
3. Example three

3.Multilevel List
Short Cut Key: Tab
This option is used to give your paragraphs multilevel bullets or numbering. To change your paragraph into multilevel bullets or numbering, click on the start of the line and then click on the above icon or press tab. For predefined level, click on the drop down arrow at right side of the icon and choose the level you want.
Examples:
1. Level One
    a. Level two
        o Level three

4. Decrease Indent
Short Cut Key: Ctrl + Shift + M
This option is used to decrease indent of the line or paragraph. To decrease indent of the line or paragraph click on the icon above or use short cut key. 

5. Increase Indent
Short Cut Key: Ctrl + M
This option is used to increase indent of the line or paragraph. To increase indent of the line or paragraph click on the icon above or use short cut key.

6. Sort
Short Cut Key: NoneThis option is used to arrange the document alphabetically from A to Z. To sort the selected document click on the icon above.

7. Show /Hide Enters
Short Cut Key: Ctrl + Shift + *
This option allows you to find enters, space and tabs in the document. 

8. Left Align
Short Cut Key: Ctrl + L
This option is used to make your paragraph into left align. 

9. Center Align
Short Cut Key: Ctrl + E
This option is used to make your paragraph into center align.

10. Right Align
Short Cut Key: Ctrl + R
This option is used to make your paragraph into right align.

11. Justify Align
Short Cut Key: Ctrl + J
This option is used to make your paragraph into both left and right align to add more space between words.

12. Line Spacing
Short Cut Key: None
This option is used to change the spacing between lines in a paragraph. To customize line spacing click on drop down arrow right side of the line spacing icon.

13. Shading
Short Cut Key: None
This option is used to give shading to selected area. You can also change colors by clicking on drop down arrow right side of the shading icon.

14. Borders
Short Cut Key: None
This option is used to give border to selected area. You can also change border style by clicking on drop down arrow right side of the border icon.
